The focused way to a registered trademark
We offer two different TM-Hunting approaches to search for a suitable registered trademark. Depending on how specific your idea about the name for your new product is, you can choose between the following two strategies:
TM-Hunting® Select
This service allows you the quick and low-priced search for syllables. You will receive from us a compilation of all the registered trademarks, that contain your desired syllable. After your preselection we check, if the list of goods of the trademarks chosen is appropriate and the marks are not in use and for sale.
TM-Hunting® Complete
If you cannnot yet narrow down the name for your new product to certain syllables, but already have in mind the characteristics it should have, then TM-Hunting Complete is the choice to make. With our assistance you will define a detailed profile of the desired trademark with our TM-Briefing forms for pharmaceutical or cosmetic and body care products. We then scan relevant trademark registers for trademarks according to the criteria agreed.
